To that end, we work on three levels during the engagement:

  • Level 1: CLARITY OF VISION AND PURPOSE
    We coach clients in identifying the greater purpose for which they are working toward, to articulate their mission clearly and succinctly.
  • Level 2: UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF
    We spend time with clients on introspection, having them talk about themselves, who they are, how they operate.  We utilize assessment tools to facilitate this, the purpose being to help them become more effective in who they naturally are.
  • Level 3: RELATING TO OTHERS
    At the core of effective leadership is the ability and skill of relating to others.  By increasing emotional intelligence and awareness of cultures and environments we help and encourage leaders to discover better ways to relate and communicate.
